Moving on to the fluid movement of joints, participants will unlock tension and promote flexibility, laying the foundation for a deeper experience. The yoga nidra body scan, accompanied by live instruments and the soothing resonance of gongs and singing bowls, creates a meditative soundscape that guides individuals into a profound state of relaxation. As stress begins to dissolve, the workshop culminates in a meditation aimed at fostering a centered mind and balanced emotions.
