Welcome to our chair yoga program, tailored specifically for individuals with limited mobility who may not be able to sit on the ground comfortably. With a focus on accessibility, our sessions offer gentle yet effective practices that can be performed entirely from a seated position, accommodating those with knee and low back injuries or other physical limitations. Our experienced instructors guide participants through a series of mindful movements, breathwork, and gentle stretches, promoting flexibility and strength while seated in a chair. For those who are able, we also offer options to explore standing balances with the support of a chair, ensuring safety and stability throughout the practice. With an emphasis on adapting traditional yoga poses to suit individual needs, our chair yoga program provides a welcoming space for all to experience the benefits of yoga, regardless of physical ability or mobility challenges. Join us as we cultivate peace, balance, and well-being through the practice of chair yoga. Tuesdays from 1-2 pm Thursdays from 11:30-12:30 pm
