Mona is a Certified Yoga Therapist C-IAYT, E-RY500, and YACEP, International Registered Yoga Alliance Teacher, and Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider. She has been teaching yoga for more than 15 years.
The practice of mindful-based yoga postures and breathing is a natural therapy for many problems such as stress and anxiety. The regular practice along with a healthy diet and lifestyle will help to generate a lot of energy in the body. The practice will also enhance the resilience and flexibility of nerves, organs, senses to create a healthy mind and body.
